This Central Cambridge island site extends to 2.8 acres. It is superbly located at the junction of Hills Road and Station Road, 200m from Cambridge Station and surrounded on three sides by the University Botanic Gardens, a Grade II* listed garden.
Designed by Architects AHMM the project will regenerate this unloved part of the urban environment with the intention to construct an office led scheme of the highest architectural quality with the ambition of providing an innovative and sustainable building for the City of Cambridge to be proud of. The much needed office accommodation within the city will help support economic growth and prosperity.
We will seek to encourage use of public transport via bus routes and the train station whilst encouraging environmentally responsible commuting. The Scheme is on track to deliver the BREEAM Outstanding accreditation – the highest rating possible, recognising its sustainability credentials as within the top 1% of buildings in the UK.

 Planning permission for this 300,000 sq ft project was granted following an appeal in March 2022.
